Rising Above Ministries

Rising Above Ministries offers support, encouragement, and community to special needs families around the world. Founded by Jeff and Becky Davidson in 2005.

Key Ministry

Key Ministry promotes meaningful connection between churches and families of kids with disabilities for the purpose of making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Joni and Friends

Joni and Friends have been serving families affected by disability for over 35 years. They provide family retreats, internships, and international outreaches as well as special needs training. 

Ability Tree

A non-profit organization that comes alongside individuals and families impacted by disability through R.E.S.T. (Recreation, Education, Support, Training)

1C13P – 1 Corinthians 13 Parenting

It is the goal of 1C13P to minister to parents and churches by providing excellent faith-filled parent information and much needed encouragement for this high calling of being a mom or dad. There are articles and information devoted to special needs parenting specifically. 

Dads 4 Special Kids

Dads 4 Special Kids is an organization dedicated to helping men that have a child with special needs in their lives.

Special Fathers Network

Through a personalized matching process, new fathers with a special needs child are connected with another father (A Mentor Father) who has experienced a similar situation.
